I am extremely frustrated and would not recommend this salon to anyone. I feel that they were overly focused maintaining their public image to other clients and had no interest in taking steps to remediate their mistake in any way. In trying to access any sort of customer service to discuss recommendations following this incident I feel that their service was severely lacking and they took minimal responsibility for the error as a company. I now have to walk around in utter embarrassment for months.ΔΆ. The colour of my eyebrows was absolutely a nightmare and no where near what I requested. She informed me she could not and that the tint generally lasts 3-8 weeks. Long story short she ended up dying them jet black, and when I first looked at them I immediately requested she do WHATEVER necessary to remove the dye. I requested my eyebrows remain very natural in appearance (auburn/red). When I arrived I learned that tinting was generally part of that service and, although I had not necessary been intending to tint my eyebrows, I decided to go forward with it as the service is already included in the lamination price. I made an appointment to try eyebrow lamination for the first time two days ago. I have gone to gentle touch for eyelash tinting in the past and the experience was adequate. I will also preface this by saying that I never write negative reviews. Worst aesthetician/salon/customer service experience of my life. These people don't know how to make you feel pampered. I went in when they were having their anniversary sale but let me say I would never pay 75 dollars for that. I have had hundreds of pedicures and this was the most disappointing. Finally, the second my polish was applied she was ready to let me go. The skin around my nails was still stained from my previous color which did not look nice. The foot rub, which is the best part was short and quite forgettable.the footrest kept sliding on the tile floor which was uncomfortable to hold steady. My feet were barely soaked for a minute before my service begins. No one offers to take your coat nor do they tell you where to put it when you arrive at the pedicure chair. I arrive and was offered coffee which would have been nice except it was brought to me at the end of the service and it was barely lukewarm. Provide a better spa experience for the price charged.
